This section contains key documents relating to the operation of the trust.

1.  Articles of Association (AoA)

Both a memorandum of association and articles of association are required for a company formed in the UK under the Companies Act 2006 and previous Companies Acts. The memorandum of association is the document that sets up the company and the articles of association set out how the company is run, governed and owned. The model AoA can be found here.

2.  Vision and values

3.  Organisational chart

4.  Scheme of delegated authority (SoDA)

The SoDA provides guidance on roles and responsibilities at the various levels of governance. The introduction to governance arrangements for the NCLT can be found here. The detailed SoDA can be found here.

5.  Becoming a Trustee

The role of the Trustee is central to the success of the Trust. To become a Trustee there is an expectation that you can bring considerable business leadership experience at a senior level to make an effective contribution to the wider Board of Governors.
